For real. In hindsight there were little things here and there. No red flags coming out of college tho. Playing WR does something to a person lol.

The biggest factor with that was Fitz's inability to develop players. He put guys in positions where they couldn't get better naturally.
Nemec still has talent and a huge clutch gene. Give him a prove-it deal like Bowen Byram has and just let him play his game
