Going forward, we will provide mentorship and share these lessons with colleagues." 📷 Today, as part of the #KatazaProgram, we launched the Journey of Transformation (JOT) training module for young women entrepreneurs and their partners in the Gatsibo District, Rwimbogo Sector. The event was graced by Uwamahoro Charlotte, the Sector Business Development Officer, whose presence highlighted the importance of collaboration in fostering stronger families and more resilient communities. The Kataza Program is a transformative initiative supporting financially excluded and disadvantaged youth-led businesses  in the agriculture and tourism & hospitality sectors across 15 districts in Rwanda. By providing access to affordable financing and real-time business advisory services, the program empowers these businesses to grow and create meaningful employment opportunities. The RWAMREC component focuses on empowering couples to build healthier, more respectful, and resilient relationships, tackling the root causes of Gender-Based Violence (GBV). Together, we are walking a path of healing, equality, and transformation in our communities.

Yesterday, our team concluded the Training of Trainers (ToT) for Growth Guides on the Journey of Transformation (JoT)! Over the past week at RICEM, 240 Growth Guides from all provinces of Rwanda deepened their knowledge and skills to lead community dialogues on gender equality, healthy communication, power dynamics, and non-violence. 💬 This training, part of the #Kataza Program, strengthens our collective journey towards empowering young women entrepreneurs by challenging harmful gender norms.
