It appears that ffmpeg 7.1 adds hvcC but not lhvC. It's safe to assume that this will show up in later builds when encoding is officially supported.

This characteristic is inferred from the format description of the video track which is contained in the hvcC (primary layer) and lhvC (secondary layer) atoms of the sample description.
