This DEF 14A for Launch One Acquisition Corp. sets the redemption price at an anticipated $10.83 per share, notably above the current $10.81 market price. We flagged this critical extension vote earlier; the incentive for redemptions is now clear. High redemptions are highly probable, which will severely deplete the Trust Account.
