We have theories (from us) & disinformation (from Govt & PHE).
We also have a chart showing steady, unexplained decline in PCR testing, & knowledge that:
Government closed PCR labs
Labstaff get sick too
Swabs are discarded untested >3days old
Only 1 in 5 with symptoms get tested

2 weeks ago, UK daily #CoVID_19 cases were skyrocketing - *very inconvenient* for Tory Govt, as they were about to drop restrictions.
I believe the drop in cases (now rising) was due to labstaff being off sick. Will they discard, or analyse the backlog?

Why do experts miss the most obvious reasons?
In UK, "tests" are "swab kits posted out" - not samples processed in labs.
9% fewer were posted out as schools closed a week early - but labstaff are off sick & *processed* fewer samples, so "cases" dropped.
