वैशाली समाहरणालय, हाजीपुर जिला सूचना एवं जनसंपर्क कार्यालय, वैशाली प्रेस विज्ञप्ति संख्या–04 दिनांक : 28.02.2026 महुआ में विशाल एक दिवसीय रोजगार–सह–मार्गदर्शन मेला आयोजित माननीय मंत्री, लोक स्वास्थ्य अभियंत्रण विभाग, बिहार सरकार श्री संजय कुमार सिंह के निर्देशानुसार एवं जिलाधिकारी, वैशाली श्रीमती वर्षा सिंह के मार्गदर्शन में जिला नियोजनालय द्वारा दिनांक 28 फरवरी 2026 को वैशाली जिले के महुआ प्रखंड में विशाल एक दिवसीय रोजगार–सह–मार्गदर्शन मेला का आयोजन किया गया। यह मेला जिले के युवाओं को स्थानीय स्तर पर अधिक से अधिक रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराने तथा उन्हें कौशल विकास से जोड़ने के उद्देश्य से महुआ प्रखंड स्थित गांधी मैदान में आयोजित किया गया। मेले का विधिवत उद्घाटन माननीय मंत्री, लोक स्वास्थ्य अभियंत्रण विभाग, उप विकास आयुक्त, वैशाली, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, महुआ एवं जिला नियोजन पदाधिकारी द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया गया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत पूर्वाह्न 10:00 बजे हुई तथा यह मेला अपराह्न 4:00 बजे तक संचालित रहा। इस रोजगार मेले में कुल 23 नियोजकों ने भाग लिया, जिनके पास निजी क्षेत्रों में रोजगार की विभिन्न रिक्तियाँ उपलब्ध थीं। मेले में विशेष रूप से स्थानीय कंपनियों को आमंत्रित किया गया था, जिनमें Britannia Industries, Anmol Industries, AFP Manufacturing, Parmann Nutritionals, Godrej Agrovet, Vinayak Ventures Chandamama, Reeshav Automobiles प्रमुख रहीं। इसके अतिरिक्त जिले के बाहर रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने हेतु Labournet, Sodexo Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., Sagar Micronics Ltd., SBI Life, SIS Limited सहित अन्य प्रतिष्ठित राज्य स्तरीय कंपनियाँ भी शामिल हुईं। इन कंपनियों द्वारा उत्पादन, लॉजिस्टिक्स, सेल्स, सिक्योरिटी, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग सहित विभिन्न तकनीकी एवं गैर-तकनीकी क्षेत्रों में युवाओं का चयन किया जाना है। मेले में भाग लेने हेतु न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता आठवीं उत्तीर्ण निर्धारित की गई थी, ताकि अधिक से अधिक युवा इसका लाभ उठा सकें। इस अवसर पर उद्घाटनकर्ता सह मुख्य अतिथि माननीय मंत्री, लोक स्वास्थ्य अभियंत्रण विभाग द्वारा मेले में भाग लेने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थियों को उज्ज्वल भविष्य की शुभकामनाएँ दी गईं। साथ ही स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा देने हेतु टूल किट योजना के अंतर्गत 03 महिलाओं को सिलाई मशीन एवं 02 युवाओं को इलेक्ट्रिशियन किट प्रदान की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त, प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी में सहयोग हेतु स्टडी किट योजना के अंतर्गत स्टडी किट उपलब्ध कराई गई तथा सात निश्चय योजना अंतर्गत कुशल युवा कार्यक्रम में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कुल 20 छात्र-छात्राओं को प्रशिक्षण प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए गए। अभ्यर्थियों का चयन संबंधित कंपनियों द्वारा निर्धारित मापदंडों के आधार पर ऑन-द-स्पॉट इंटरव्यू अथवा लिखित परीक्षा के माध्यम से किया गया। रोजगार मेले में नियोजकों द्वारा कुल 1612 बायोडाटा प्राप्त किए गए, जिनमें से 367 अभ्यर्थियों का प्रथम चरण में चयन किया गया। रोजगार अवसरों के साथ-साथ मेले में युवाओं को विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं की विस्तृत जानकारी भी प्रदान की गई। राष्ट्रीय करियर सेवा (NCS) पोर्टल पर निबंधन, टूल किट एवं स्टडी किट से संबंधित योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही डीआरसीसी, जिला उद्योग केंद्र एवं श्रम विभाग द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं पर मार्गदर्शन प्रदान किया गया, ताकि युवा स्वरोजगार एवं उद्यमिता की दिशा में भी आगे बढ़ सकें। @IPRDBihar @LRMWWDBihar
