Reflected XSS in Chat via Markdown Bypass 🚨 🔍 Payload Used: "><a href="bing.com" onmousemove​="alert(document.cookie)">Click me</a>  "><a href="@bing.com" onmousemove​="alert('Mouse moved!')">Click me</a> 🛠 How it Works: The chat interface attempted to sanitize user input using markdown parsing, but failed to properly escape HTML characters. By injecting a crafted anchor tag with an onmousemove event, I was able to execute JavaScript when a user interacts with the link. ⚠ Impact: While this proof-of-concept requires user interaction (mouse movement), the vulnerability can be escalated. An attacker could craft a more sophisticated payload.
