Today (1 November) is National Learning Disability Nurses' Day. This is the annual day to celebrate learning disability nurses and to raise the profile of their profession. π§ββοΈ
As part of Learning Disability Nursesβ Day, our External Relations Officer, Hayley Newman, and her daughter Natty, shared their story of how she overcame her fear of blood tests with the support of a learning disability nurse.
