Nearly 2 weeks ago, had my mammogram. Clear.
[as always]
My mum died of it, mid 40s, not hereditary. But I will always check myself. #NHS Gladly I'm mid 50s and very healthy.
OK, I could be a bit fitter, but couldn't we all. #LessChoc, #MoreExercise. #MoreWater.
