A research team led by Prof. CHAN Che Ting and Dr. ZHANG Ruoyang from HKUST has developed a new optical extreme-parameter metamaterial called gyromagnetic double-zero-index metamaterials (GDZIMs) and unveiled a method to control light using GDZIMs. The study has been published in the prestigious journal Nature.
