We're tracking this issue in the EA Forums thread linked below. While we did see a marked increase in reports of blacked out pictures and paintings related to certain mods with a recent base game update, they are not the sole cause of the issue.

Rules decreed by whom? I don't recall seeing rules against calling out creators by name when singing up for twitter.
Following that logic, every single time a creator DOES speak on bugs, they are put on EA's shit list. Which they don't seem to be considering they're still EACN?

She is one of the least problematic people in the community but people never let good people rest. Just like what happened to that other person.
