This is just getting worse. You claimed to open a case and gave me a number that doesn't exist on my end, and when I asked one simple question: what email it was sent to you couldn't answer it. This is an example of the level of customer service I'm dealing with... I don't need more apologies. Since my last post, @LinkedIn support has shown a miserable level of efficiency. Every agent starts from zero. no one reads the previous notes, so I keep looping through the same dead end. Is there a single senior support agent there who can handle a basic request? @LinkedInHelp I was banned the same day I joined — no violations, no warning, no appeal. Now locked out for 4 days with “maximum login attempts” after just one try. Your app is broken, your support is silent, and your trust is fading. This is how you treat new users?

LinkedIn has become a total joke with all those pointless notifications and fake job leads! A few months ago, they banned my 11-year-old account after it got hacked, and even after I sent them every bit of info they asked for, plus my national ID, they won’t even think about reactivating it. It’s ridiculous - feels like they don’t care at all! I’ve now verified twice for @LinkedIn & @LinkedInHelp — first with my passport, then again with my Israeli government ID via @withpersona. My email, phone, and 2FA are all confirmed. I even have the ✅ verified badge on my profile. And still? I’m locked out. Told to wait 48 hours to 5 days — no reason, no updates, no support. I’ve followed every rule. No spam. No fraud. No abuse. So why am I being punished? @withpersona offers zero help, no human contact, and LinkedIn hides behind them. This is not protection — it’s digital harassment, forced biometric collection, and a violation of trust and user dignity. I did nothing wrong. I'm innocent. This situation is unjustified, invasive, and deeply frustrating. It's beyond comprehension that a verified user like me is being treated this way.
