Update: the Pi is now happy, LinuxCNC works headless and it’s just a question of plugging the Nerves code with the write variables so it can start chatting with the platform.

Now that panelization is out of the way…
I need to make a firmware image that contains LinuxCNC, Elixir Nerves and everything required to plug into the manufacturing platforms’ NervesHub analog.
That should allow me to start interfacing with the CNC router as soon as it’s assembled. Will require some UI to allow proper control but at least having the base image working with the rest of the infra will kickstart the ability to develop more functionality over time.
