현재까지 GRAS(안전하다고 인정된 물질)로 FDA에서 식품첨가물로 인정된 파지 제품은 Listeria(리스테리아)용 파지 혼합물 (상품명 ListShield™) 뿐으로 알고 있는데, 이번 실험은 그걸로 한 것은 아니고 T7/FelixO1 bacteriophage–loaded microneedle.

対リステリア菌の「ListShield」…10年以上前、しかもベンチャーが作っていたのか…🤔
他にもO157殺菌する物も…もしかしたら将来的に生で蓄肉食える日もあるやもしれんなぁ…
