TFT is a trading discord and they banned one of our most important community members, LocalIdentity, for calling out the owner of the discord Jenebu on his pricefixing.

I see a lot of misinformation on the pathofexile subreddit about myself and the thread is locked so I can’t comment on it there. This tweet is to address that and some more. I have no say in any moderation decision on TFT. I’m not a mod, and I never was. The extent of my partnership with TFT has always been public and it’s this: - I put a banner under my stream - I put a link in my youtube descriptions - in return I get listed as a ‘partnered content creator’ role on their discord. That is it. I have never received monetary compensation for any of this. Earlier today I commented on @Localldentity ‘s ban, saying that I was surprised someone as involved in PoE as he is, has never heard of a ‘showcase price’ (an item you list for a meme price like 420 or 1337 mirrors to show it off / have it listed for group projects). Then I deleted this reply because it has been pointed out to me that people took it as me endorsing the ban and Jenebu’s comments, calling LocalIdentity garbage. I do not endorse that comment at all, I think it was over the line uncalled for and I told Jenebu as much. (He actually agreed) The group I play with during leaguestart has nothing to do with TFT. The group I play with currently has nothing to do with TFT. We use the server when convenient, like any other trade league player who wants to bulk sell / buy 5way service / do an Aisling craft etc. None of us at any point held any “leadership” or moderator position on the server. As any trade league player, I also wish 90% of TFT services could just be integrated into the game, so I don’t have to go to third party stuff to get my crafts etc, but it isn’t. And until it is, people who want to be efficient / not get scammed will come up with third party solutions like the vouch system and the bulk selling tool. RMT. (Real Money Trading) I hate RMT, I hate that people buy power in a game that’s all about grinding and if anyone is RMTing in or outside of TFT they should get banned. I’m accused of RMT every single league for 5 years. I’m still here, never RMTd, nobody I know RMTs, and if they do, fuck em, get banned. The assumptions that I need to RMT to pay my bills is humbling. I’ve been a full time content creator for over 8 years and if I somehow RMTd all of my currency every month, I would risk my PoE account with thousands of dollars of MTX and risk my reputation. Not only that, it would only account for a single digit % income increase. On top of that, I have declined 4 digit $ ads for PoE and Diablo 4 for RMT sites, and I will continue to do so. Fuck that. I don’t like toxicity, if you watched my content for years you know this, and I appreciate you.
