> I am writing to publicly call out
@DHLExpress for an incredibly frustrating and illogical delivery process.
> My delivery failed despite my shipping address being 100% correct. DHL explicitly confirmed to me via email that the issue is NOT related to an incorrect address. However, they claim that due to the "unsuccessful delivery attempt," the parcel has entered a system lock. As a result, I am blocked from collecting it from a branch, and they cannot redeliver it normally.
> To resolve a mistake clearly made by their own courier or system, DHL is now demanding that I fill out a "refund and redelivery form" to reactivate the shipment. This is a blatant attempt to cover up operational incompetence by making the customer do paperwork to initiate a new tracking loop.
> I did my part perfectly. I will not jump through hoops or fill out forms to fix DHL's internal system glitches. Deliver my package immediately or unlock it so I can pick it up. This is unacceptable customer service.
> Tracking updates shouldn't be a bureaucratic nightmare for the paying customer.
