Terra Community Adopts Terraform Labs Revitalized Proposal – Will LUNA Increase Sustainably? The Terra ecosystem will likely begin to recover with the community's approval of proposal 4790. Terraform Labs' (TFL) proposal was approved with the support of 86.9% of the community. LUNA's weekly gains are likely to sustain thanks to these developments in the ecosystem. Terra community adopts Terraform Labs proposal 4790 Terraform Labs proposed reviving Terra's economy by leveraging their non-LUNA treasury. This proposal was approved by a majority, with 86.9% of voters supporting TFL's plan. TFL has requested 150 million tokens from the community pool, of which 100 million LUNA will go to the blockchain company treasury, 25 million tokens to strategic partners, and another 25 million LUNA tokens to the liquidity fund. TFL plans to combine its non-LUNA liquidity pool with the liquidity pool and deploy it to support Terra's growth. The company proposes to use multi-signature wallets to manage funds for treasury and ecosystem partnerships. The token vesting program (the process of holding, locking and issuing tokens) proposed by TFL will ensure there is no immediate selling pressure on LUNA as the company proposes linear token vesting over 5 years, with 1 year period, starting from January 2024. TFL has announced the first project that will receive corporate support is Celatone – the open source Cosmos explorer. The project will provide tools and analytics for developers. TFL will share more details about its plans on November 3. LUNA price posted a 12.65% increase on the weekly chart and the token is likely to maintain an uptrend with bullish developments. LUNA is trading at $0.4557 at the time of writing. LUNA price reversed its trend on October 22, breaking out of a nearly month-long downtrend. LUNA is currently trading above the three long-term exponential moving averages of the 10, 50, and 200-day EMAs at $0.4476, $0.4261, and $0.4254, respectively. LUNA's uptrend is supported by the histogram bars of Awesome Oscillator (AO). The bars flashed green in the positive zone while LUNA price moved higher on the 4-hour chart.
