Non smoker with a solitary pulmonary nodule: CARCINOID tumor. I don't understand how pulmpaths have been able to maintain this old and lovely terminology. Sooner or later they will sucumb to LungNET and different grades. No necrosis nor mitoses. Chromogranin and INSM1 shown.
