I’ve applied to 750 companies in the last few months. Got around 40 replies. Out of those 20 were trying to sell me courses, 17 gave me assignments and then ghosted. Only 2 actually selected me one paused hiring, another offered ₹11K (I asked ₹20K, then agreed to ₹11K) and still ghosted later. After all this, I’ve lost all my motivation I barely even code now thinking “bhai job to lagni hi nahi hai.” Fun part?
