#section8 #miamidade We need section 8 reform! Tenants are allowed by way of no consequences to trash a house, then move to another with their new voucher. Section 8 inspects pre move in WHY don't they inspect what they leave behind and hold them accountable? The Section 8 tenants are living off of subsidies sometimes paying 100% of their rent and then they're allowed to trash it with no consequences and, the propert owners have very few rights. I was told by Section 8 Miami Dade County it was my problem not theirs case closed.
