Celebrated the ribbon cutting at the newly renovated Colonnade. This is a $38M project preserving affordable housing in Takoma Park a collaboration between @MHPartners, @MCGMDDHCA, Colonnade, private,& nonprofit partners. This complex includes much needed 3-4 bedroom apartments!
