Quick thoughts on this. I always felt Doug had to consider the FO talent evaluators heโd be paired with when he took the job. If he had doubts about Trent, itโs time to voice that.
Also, he has to be honest about his OWN staff. Canโt see this all happening, though.

On a mac with desktop version of Microsoft To Do and desktop version of Outlook, click "Open in Outlook" in desktop To-Do, and it open the mail in the web interface and not the client ๐คฆ #ManagementProblems ๐คฃ

Ich finde es bedenklich wenn รberstunden notwendig werden. Zeugt eher davon, dass ordentlich was in der Planung schief gegangen ist oder zu hohe Arbeitslast auf zu wenig Schultern verteilt wird. Ist fรผr mich Indikator eines Managementproblems.
