Real Life Situation Mathematical-Philosophical Nugget
What we see at first glance may not necessarily represent the full truth of a situation or a person’s character.
People, like numbers, exist in their own “base
Judging someone in base 10 when they’re living in base 4 would induce a wrong interpretation of what they truly represent.
A simple example is the expression 3 3 = 12.
It appears incorrect, yet when written in base 4 (in mathematics), it is completely valid.
The lesson is that reality can shift when context shifts.
In the same way, people may not represent who they seem to be on the surface.
Without understanding their background, circumstances, or internal realities, their “base,” so to speak, we may draw conclusions that do not align with what they truly represent.
Meaning becomes clearer when we look deeper, ask questions, and resist assumptions.
