Lite perspektiv på det hela är att Invisio är knappt två och en halv gånger större rent omsättningsmässigt men hela 12x större rent börsvärdesmässigt. Högt insynsägande. Serviceware en direkt peer till finska Efectes som var en olönsamt och som sedan köptes upp av Matrix42 för c. 4x EV/S. Serviceware är betydligt större och är i lönsamhetsfas nu där tillväxten går ner till sista raden. En av de fåtal Ledande spelarna inom sin "nisch" alla övriga direkta branschkonkurrenter är betydligt större så lär vara bara en tidsfråga innan de blir uppköpta. Högt insynsägande. Handlas till EV/S 1.3 - peers i US >10X ServiceNow exempelvis och olönsamma finska Efecte efter uppköp på c. 4X. Utöver dessa skulle jag säga Remedy och Qbeyond båda har goda av att förändra icke existerande förväntningar till i alla fall något mer rationella - skrivit mer om dessa på profilen för den som vill kika.

Time really flies. Today marks 3 years since I started working at Red Hat. In those three years, I had the privilege of working with so many smart, pleasant and professional people around the globe. Thank you all for the wonderful experiences and common projects! 🙏 I have always been lucky to work for great companies and with many, many great and exceptional people in Parliament, newspapers, political organizations in my home country, as well as at Neckermann AG, EDS, Hewlett Packard, EMC2, Dell Technologis, Matrix42 and Red Hat. I had the privilege to learn from the best leaders in the world as i.e. Ross Perot, Josef Neckermann, Joe Tucci, Michel Dell and many, many others. And, I was proud to be part and support the societies from American Chamber, Bitkom, World Economic Forums in Davos etc. 👈 I am especially happy that at Red Hat, together with our teams, all I learned and I know about IT and business, can be applied to users and partners around the world, developing the most modern digital platforms and solutions and changing the world for the better with open source community. 58 👇 I want to use my birthday to thank so many people who have followed and supported me in my life, first of all my family and friends, but also many business partners. I have had the great privilege of always working with so many pleasant and smart people. And even more, I had so many people who always actively supported me. My life consists of three life phases. The first, as a student and young politician in the former Yugoslavia. I was lucky tagt my parents supported me as an electrical engineering student to finish college and to change society for the better. Arriving in Germany and the years-long struggle for a visa was difficult. The help of the people around Ross Perrot, the founder of EDS, was invaluable. Those were difficult times. And the third phase, since 1997 is wonderful and is still going on. Above all, it is happiness to observe the development of my two children. But it was also a pleasure to work for EDS, EMC, Dell, Matrix42 and now Red Hat. So many wonderful people around Joe Tucci, Michael Dell and Matt Hicks in those companies. Thank you for everything. But also excellent cooperation always with clients, partners and public institutions, journalists and analysts. With special memories, I remember thousands of projects with our clients that we help them to run their businesses, as well as visits to WEF Davos, the White House, many visits to governments around the globe, countless conferences around the world. Thanks also to all colleagues in my teams, previous ones and today by Red Hat. Business is a team sport and I could never do it all by myself. And of course, it was a huge privilege to visit so many countries and cities in the world and get to know so many different cultures. Big privilege was also teaching students in Mannheim last 20 years. And I look forward to everything that is yet to come, in business and privately. Until one day when I decide to spend my time cruising the seas. The time has not yet come for that. And my philosophy of life has always been and will be based on openness, fairness, hard work and faith in a better society. Don‘t forget those software management solutions like SCCM, Baramundi, Matrix42. They’ll almost always give you DA without a single alert because usually you won’t need any tools. You’ll need local admin for SCCM, though.
