Our architecture starts from a pre-trained single-player model (MatrixGame 2.0) and adapts it to multiplayer with a simple change: extend self-attention to all player tokens. Everything else stays the same and is applied independently per player. This means we can initialize directly from single-player weights, preserving pretrained knowledge. No new parameters are introduced, so FLOPs and memory stay efficient. [6/10]

Yume 1.5 is here—a new model that lets you walk through an AI-generated world in real time, from just a text or image prompt. Unlike previous systems, it keeps memory and compute stable no matter how long you explore, and supports instant text edits mid-video (“A ghost appeared”). Key breakthroughs: — Dual compression (TSCM) means hundreds of historical frames don’t slow things down or degrade quality. — 4-step Self-Forcing distillation cuts sampling time 70× vs baselines, hitting 12 fps at 540p on a single A100. — Splits prompts into “what’s happening” and “what you do” for efficient, live keyboard control. On the Yume-Bench, it nails a state-of-the-art 0.836 instruction-following score (vs 0.657 for Yume; 0.271 for MatrixGame), and keeps video quality steady over 30 seconds—no more drift. WorldLabs? gamecraft-1.0 (Hunyuan) and Matrix3D/MatrixGame (SkyworkAI) are also nice and open source, bit painful to get it running and streamed back but rlly fun to play around with there’s a lot of alpha left in tweaking these gen pipelines still, ex: we’re working on swapping the panorama gen steps with vid models

🎊 Lancement du nouveau Matrix Game : "Les 5 Détroits" 🎲En tant que spécialistes des #SeriousGames et de la #géopolitique , nous avons décidé de prendre une approche innovante pour analyser les récents conflits régionaux, en particulier la guerre qui dure depuis trois mois entre le #Hamas et #Israël. 🛡 Notre nouveau #MatrixGame, intitulé "Les 5 Détroits", vise à offrir une perspective complète en se concentrant sur les points stratégiques clés de la région : les détroits. 🗺 Cette #simulation stratégique plonge les participants dans le rôle des différents acteurs régionaux dans les récents événements, notamment les attaques du 7 octobre. La perspective iranienne de la carte, avec ses ambitions d'étendre son influence chiite jusqu'à la Méditerranée et de rallier divers groupes contre Israël et les puissances occidentales, est un aspect crucial de cette simulation. Parallèlement, le conflit russo-ukrainien montre comment un conflit local peut avoir des répercussions mondiales. Forçant les nations à prendre position, s'étendant à des luttes d'influences entre le camps occidental et le camp Russe, voire même des extensions de ce conflit dans la guerre civile soudanaise. Cela s'ajoute à la complexité des tensions entre la Turquie et la Grèce pour le contrôle de leurs ZEE; aux braises du conflit en Syrie toujours chaudes; ainsi que des multiples conflits régionaux qui parcours cette région : Yémen, Somalie, Éthiopie, Soudan, Sinaï, Libye, Kosovo, Arménie, Irak, Kurdistan, Chypre ... Les 5 détroits clés – Ormuz, Bab-el-Mandeb, Suez, Dardanelles/Bosphore, et Kertch – sont les pivots autour desquels ces conflits gravitent. Leur contrôle, accès et sécurisation sont essentiels. Surtout quand la majorité du commerce pétrolier et commercial mondial dépend de ces passages.
