if you're talking about generated 68k code to draw sprires, then yes, plenty of it in end of 80' (at least on Atari ST). Amiga had a powerful blitter to draw sprites. This one from 90 (MCoder) is compiled sprite

A sneak peek of my next program I'm working on. It's currently in basic (been working on it using EightyOne and NP ). What I want to do with it will be better off using assembly. First "real" program I made used MCODER to compile the basic program to machine code.
