Today, a delegation from the Germany Embassy led by the Liaison Officer for Immigration Affairs, Mr. Frank Rauch, held a meeting with the Director General for Immigation services @EvelynCheluget. In attendance were senior officials from the Directorate of Immigration Services and a representative from the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs. Deliberations centred on ways of enhancing joint collaboration in countering Transnational organised crimes and establishing strategic partnership to weed out the use of fraudlently acquired travel documents along the Borders. برای دوستانی که در مورد اخراج مهاجرین غیرقانونی افغان اعتراض به عملکرد دولت دارند لازم است چند نکته ای رو بنویسم تا مشخص شود، اخراج مهاجرین غیرقانونی مطلبی مرتبط با جنگ ۱۲ روزه نبوده هرچند این اتفاق ممکن است به اعمال شدیدتر این روند کمک کرده باشد. دولت ایران در اسفند ۱۴۰۳ رسماً اعلام کرد که برگه‌های سرشماری مهاجران افغان باطل خواهد شد و برای مهاجران غیرمجاز یک مهلت سه‌ماهه تعیین کرد. بر این اساس، همه افغان‌های فاقد کارت آمایش یا مدرک قانونی موظف شدند تا ۱۵ تیر ۱۴۰۴ (۶ جولای ۲۰۲۵) خاک ایران را داوطلبانه ترک کنند. این تصمیم در قالب یک فرآیند رسمی اطلاع‌رسانی شد: ابتدا برگه‌های قدیمی از درجه اعتبار ساقط شدند، سپس ثبت‌نام برای دریافت «برگ بازگشت» و خروج داوطلبانه» آغاز شد. همزمان دولت هشدار داد پس از پایان مهلت، هیچ مدرک موقت یا تمدیدی پذیرفته نخواهد شد. در این مهلت سه‌ماهه، امکاناتی مانند ثبت ‌اثر انگشت، صدور مدارک بازگشت و هماهنگی مرزی در اختیار مهاجران قرار گرفت. بنابراین همانطور که میبینید این طرح بیش از سه ماه پیش شروع شده و متاسفانه انتهای مهلت سه ماهه، همزمان با جنگ و دستگیری بعضی از اتباع بیگانه در رابطه با عملیات تروریستی داخل کشور بوده است. لطفا بیشتر از این نسبت به حقوق نداشته مهاجرین غیرقانونی ابراز احساسات نکنید. سه ماه فرصت داشته اند که از ایران خارج شوند. اگر هم کسی در زمان حضور غیر قانونی در ایران برای خودش زندگی درست کرده یا کاری داشته قانونا حقی به او تعلق نمیگیرد. دفاع شما از متخلفین مانند دفاع از دزد است چون استفاده آنها از امکانات کشور از جمله کالاهای سوبسید دار، خدمات پزشکی و … عین دزدی از خزانه دولت و حق ایرانیان است. البته توجه داشته باشید که مهاجرین قانونی احترام خود را داشته و میبایست با آنها رفتاری محترمانه و در شأن یک شهروند را داشت. #اخراج_مهاجران_غیرقانونی #مدیریت_مهاجرت #نظم_مرزی #قانون_و_نظم #امنیت_ملی#کنترل_مرزها #مهاجرت_قانونی #IllegalMigration #BorderControl #NationalSecurity #MigrationManagement #LegalMigration #RuleOfLaw
