The issue is that all the influencers been saying “big week” “major player incoming” “blast off” and we keep going sideways/down. We have not had a real increase in 5 years relative to stocks. Now it’s “we are early and think about what it COULD be in 5-10 years. #mixedmessage

This is true. They were all deemed unconstitutional by INS v Chadha. After than, Congress had to ratify the agencies they wanted to keep around. So it's explicitly unconstitutional to create an agency by EO or Reorganization Plan.

DOGE employees are protected under 18 U.S. Code § 119, which makes it a crime to expose federal employees' personal info with intent to threaten or intimidate. Since DOGE is a federal agency and Musk is a special government employee, these protections apply. Nice try, though...
