✅️Frontier AI without an ecosystem is not stable
But also from a nations point of view, in todays context 👇🏻
✅️An Ecosystem that does not have deep embedded capabilities (Frontierish, Token capital) does not have a moat.
In the age we are in, opportunity for an ecosystem thriving with cost of talent arbitrage alone are low to zero.
As for @satyanadella's point about an ecosystem - history of tech teaches you in almost every case of a tech winner, they won bcoz of not just the tech but of an ecosystem that helped it proliferate and thus become the moat.
DOS vs CP/M, Windows vs OS/2, VHS vs Betamax etc etc. True for AI as well.
