Today we move to the second instruction SEEK. “Seek, and you will find.” Let me make this very clear. When you ASK, God gives you a directive. When you SEEK, you develop that directive. He has done His part. Now you must do yours. Seeking is not more noise in prayer. Seeking is movement. Seeking is research. Seeking is study. Seeking is responsibility. God gives you an idea… you build it. God gives you a name… you make the call. God gives you a strategy… you study it. God gives you direction… you investigate it. God gives you wisdom… you apply it. He will not do your homework for you. Many people are waiting for miracles. But what God gave them was an instruction. Seeking is the RESEARCH and PREPARATION phase. As you seek, you find. You find clarity. You find structure. You find the knowledge you were missing. You find the advantage others ignored. But you must work. This is where discipline separates dreamers from builders. WHY YOUR PRAYERS AREN’T WORKING… ASK CONCEPT PT 2 The Bible gave us a complete framework in Matthew 7:7. “Ask, and it will be given to you Seek, and you will find Knock, and the door will be opened to you. We have quoted this scripture for years… but we have misapplied it. We assumed it meant Ask God for money… He gives money. Seek money… You find money. Knock on doors… Doors open magically. No. That three-step process is how Heaven and Earth collaborate for your breakthrough. Let me break it down. STEP 1: ASK — But Ask for DIRECTIVES, Not Outcomes Ask, and it will be given to you. When you ask correctly, what you receive is not MONEY.. You receive DIRECTIVES. You ask “God, how should I build this business?” And what comes? A strategy that won’t leave your mind.. A scripture carrying a business principle. A name to connect with. A skill to learn. A market to explore. A product to refine . A conviction about what to stop doing. That directive is the first answer to your prayer. But most people miss it because they are waiting for money to fall from the sky instead of listening for instructions. God answers prayer with direction before provision. You pray: “God, I need 5 million naira for my business.” And in your spirit comes: “Learn digital marketing. There is opportunity there.”. But you ignore it… because you were expecting 5 million, not a skill. That is why you think your prayer isn’t working. My brother, it IS working. DAY 14 – 5AM DISCIPLINE CHALLENGE IS LIVE. WHY YOUR MORNING PRAYERS ARE NOT WORKING. ASK CONCEPT – PART 1 After my post on “Can You Really Know God and Be Poor?”, many of you sent the same question “I know God. I have been praying for years. Why am I not seeing results?” Let’s be honest. Many of us have prayed and seen nothing change. We pray. We shout. We fast. We cry. We bind. We loose. We declare. We decree. Yet the business is still struggling. The contract has not come. The finances have not shifted. Then the questions start “Does God hear me?” “Am I doing something wrong?” “Is there a sin blocking my prayers?” “Why is God blessing others and not me?” Here is what I discovered. Most of us are not suffering because of sin. We are suffering because we are ASKING WRONG. Listen carefully. This is how many people pray “God, bless me.” “God, give me money.” “God, give me work.” “God, prosper my business.” “God, open doors.” “God, send customers.” We repeat these for hours. We add fasting. We add intensity. But nothing changes. Why? Because you are talking AT God. You are not talking WITH God. You are treating Him like a machine, insert prayer, withdraw money. That is transactional. God works relationally. Now watch the shift. WRONG QUESTION: “God, give me money.” RIGHT QUESTION: “God, how do I generate money legitimately? What must I build? What skill must I develop?” See the difference? The first asks for outcome. The second asks for direction. WRONG QUESTION: “God, bless my business.” RIGHT QUESTION: “God, what strategy am I missing? What market should I target? What am I doing wrong?” WRONG QUESTION: “God, give me work.” RIGHT QUESTION: “God, what value should I create? What problem should I solve? What skill must I master?” WRONG QUESTION: “God, open doors.” RIGHT QUESTION: “God, which door should I knock on? Who should I speak to? What opportunity am I ignoring?” One approach makes you a beggar. The other makes you a partner. Stop asking for outcomes. Start asking for directives. The directive produces the outcome. God gives wisdom. God gives strategy. God gives direction. Then you go to work . He will not do what you are responsible for. This is Part 1.
