The complex covers 10,800 m² and includes a mosque, multipurpose hall, classrooms, library, and other facilities. The prayer space can accommodate up to 1,400 people. Five domes—composed of separate segments—form a unified visual structure, echoing the Ottoman dome tradition through a modern sculptural language. The exterior features ventilated stainless-steel plates, while the 23-meter minaret is built from a conical steel cylinder and sheet-steel mantle. Positioned on an elevated site with views of the Kvarner Bay, the mosque is considered both a place of worship and a significant work of contemporary religious architecture. The project was primarily funded by the state of Qatar.
