Kicking off a new daily movement challenge!
Recently, I was really inspired by a post from

That shifted my mindset. I want to move every single day — for strength, clarity, and discipline.
- Walks / runs through forests and hills
- Gym 3x a week
- Core & back exercises 3x a week
Today — Day 1
A walk through my hometown climbed Castle Hill — 2km uphill. Body feels grateful, mood is strong.
