🚨Overall State of Recruiting Class of 2027 after 701 players have verbally committed to 214 different D1 programs which is by far the fastest pace EVER for Women's College Soccer. - 214 Different D1 programs have at least 1 verbal commitment which means even mid-majors are recruiting a LOT faster than previous years. - 78 programs have 4 or more verbal commitments and most of them are very big name schools or high academic. - 359 players have committed to Power 4 programs which is over now over 89% done and will be 95% complete by Sept 30th. - The #SEC leads the way with 97 verbal commitments and not very many spots left. - The #ECNL is DOMINATING Power 4 commitments as the top 25 clubs with 5 or more players are ALL ECNL and 79% overall, the GA has 15% and internationals are 6%. - Important if you don't have a P4 visit ALREADY lined up to start focusing on mid-majors even if you got some P4 phone calls in June as most P4 programs will finish their 2027 recruiting during September. - GK are being recruited at a pace unlike any previous year so important to realize that if you play that position. - The Class of 2027 went over 700 players today and with the Class of 2025 it was Nov 29th to give you sense of how fast it is going. - We are seeing more early D2 and D3 commitments than EVERY before so there is a real trickle down impact.
