2/ Why does this matter?
Because representation inspires action.
When a young Muslim sees someone who shares their values succeeding at the highest level, it shatters mental barriers.
It makes the impossible seem possible. It shows them a path forward.
3/ For too long, the narrative has been controlled by others.
We need to show the world - and more importantly, our own communities - that you can be deeply committed to your Deen and also be a world-class innovator, builder, and leader.
Our faith is a catalyst for excellence, not a barrier to it.
4/ This is a huge reason why I'm building SalafiMatch in public.
It's not about seeking fame - I seek refuge in Allah from that.
It's about adding to this narrative. To show that we can build technology that serves the Ummah, without compromising our principles on Tawheed and Sunnah.
5/ The next generation of Muslim founders is watching.
They need to see that building billion-dollar companies and maintaining strong Islamic values aren't mutually exclusive.
We can innovate, scale, and lead while staying true to our core beliefs.
6/ Let's build this list together.
Who are some other Muslim founders, builders, or tech leaders that inspire you?
Tag them below. Let's amplify our own voices and build the community we wish to see.
