New Hanover for All (NH4A) is the local arm of the Carolina Federation, the operational arm of Liberation Road, an offshoot of FRSO (Freedom Road Socialist Organization). Brian Proffitt, Vice President of NCAE, NC's far left NAE teachers union affiliate, is a member of FRSO.
