ok using tes-netconnection is slow as fuck due to timeouts, so i've put in a: New-Object System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient
this will now do a fast portscan then if it gets a SYN-ACK on that it will do test-networkconnection. i could obviously create a custom obj to store
