The next module in the Rē Precision Health Rētreat multi-model program is FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT Movement for Neuroperformance, with resistance to improve muscle tone and coordination, mitochondrial function and neurotransmitter production. ‘Functional movement’ is a term that has many definitions in the health and fitness industry. We use the term to describe movement that is useful for our everyday life, that nourishes our structural health and respects our evolutionary traits. Humans have developed our structure from a combination of movement patterns – described by Paul Chek as ‘primal pattern movements’ - These are pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, rotating and moving across terrain in gait. Unfortunately in our modern lives, we often neglect these movement patterns that have shaped our bodies for millennia but when we move in this way, we build strength in our joints through their full range of motion, improving mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, balance and skill. On top of this, when we move our bodies at a higher intensity, we increase the density of mitochondria in our cells, this helps us to convert our food into energy efficiently, assisting with fatigue, recovery and injury rehabilitation. We also build muscle and burn fat leading to greater insulin sensitivity, hormone balance and reduced inflammation whilst boosting neurotransmitters such as endorphins, dopamine, GABA, Glutamate and serotonin – making us feel lighter, calmer, happier and more resilient to stress. The brain benefits don’t end there. When we move our bodies in multiple ways on a regular basis, we can help to boost our memory, improve our cognition, learn new skills faster and reduce the likelihood of neurodegenerative disease. Perhaps the most useful aspect of any movement practice though is the psychosomatic response – every practice is an opportunity to connect with our physical bodies and build up the brain-body communication we all benefit from. Hack ta Productivité en 6 Semaines : Le Plan Ultime On est bombardé d’infos et de distractions. Résultat ? Une concentration en chute libre et une productivité en berne. T'inquiète, j'ai le plan ultime pour toi : augmenter ta productivité de 30% en 6 semaines en intégrant des hacks neuro. On y va ? Semaine 1 : Test et PlanAudit de tes habitudes. Note tout ce qui te distrait. Teste tes réflexes archaïques et ton système nerveux. Oui, ça compte. Fixe des objectifs clairs et mesurables. On fait pas les choses à moitié. Plan d’action sur 6 semaines, avec des exercices de neuroperformance. Semaine 2 : Adios les Distractions Identifie les pires distractions (notifications, emails, réseaux sociaux). Mets en place des blocages (apps, horaires définis pour les emails, etc.). Continue les exercices pour intégrer tes réflexes. T'arrêtes pas là. Semaine 3 : Optimise ton Espace Réorganise ton bureau. Moins d’interruptions, plus de calme. Investis dans du matos ergonomique. Confort = Concentration. Continue les exercices neuro pour stabiliser ton système nerveux. Semaine 4 : Gère ton Temps comme un Pro Apprends des techniques de gestion du temps (Pomodoro, Time Blocking). Planifie des sessions de travail intense et des pauses régulières. Continue les exercices de neuroperformance. Ton cerveau te dira merci. Semaine 5 : Crée des Routines de Fer Matin et soir, mets en place des routines pour encadrer ta journée. Intègre des habitudes pour booster ta concentration (mindfulness, méditation). Continue l’intégration des réflexes archaïques pour un système nerveux au top. Semaine 6 : Suivi et Ajustement Analyse tes progrès. Où t'en es par rapport à tes objectifs ? Ajuste ton plan d’action selon les résultats. Faut que ça colle. Mets en place un suivi continu pour maintenir ta productivité. Continue les exercices neuro. T’as fait tout ce chemin, lâche rien. Alors prêt ? Suis ce plan et booste ta productivité de 30%, avec moins de 3 interruptions par jour. Intègre la neuroperformance et bosse sur tes réflexes, et tu deviendras une machine.
