Is it a travel site or a pop-up ad from 2004? 🏛️🦖
We took a look at the "big" booking sites today. It’s a museum of bad UX:
🚩 The Fake Urgency: "15,000 people are looking at this room right now!" (No, they aren't.)
🚩 The Redirect Trap:You found a $400 flight? Great. Now click here, wait for 30 seconds of "searching," and watch it become $550.
🚩 The Ghost Support: Good luck talking to a human if your flight gets canceled at 2 AM.
Expedia.com and Booking.com were built for the desktop era. They sell inventory.
@nextstopai is being built in SF for the agentic era. We don't sell "links." We solve journeys.
Why are we still accepting "good enough" from billion-dollar companies?
