Working on SkillMatch, an AI-assisted home services marketplace, reminded me why I love working with founders who are ready to move fast but think long-term.Here’s how I approached the build: (1)Database planning — Structured the data for contractors, homeowners, and admin workflows to scale easily beyond MVP. (2)AI Matching Logic — Used Claude API for intelligent job matching and communication automation. (3)Onboarding Flow — Designed a 3-step contractor verification system (license upload → admin review → instant approval). (4)Payment & Payout — Integrated Stripe for seamless transactions and fee splits. (5)What I learned: Clear communication between AI logic and workflow triggers is everything in automation-heavy apps. The result? MVP went live in 6 weeks. 500 verified contractor signups in month one. $27K in job payments processed during the pilot phase. Client feedback: “He wasn’t just a developer , he was a co-creator. Every decision felt strategic.” Building fast is one thing , but building smart is the difference between an MVP and a business. #bubbledeveloper #marketplaceapp #aiworkflow #stripeintegration #nocodefounder #mvpbuild #bubbleioapps

how to find consulting opportunities for AI enablement in big companies (from someone who used to work in one) first comes the mandate, then comes the hiring, followed by outsourcing 1) create a list of 100 companies - scrape their job boards for any roles manager and above hiring for AI enablement 2) keep track of when the role is filled and who takes the position 3) find the person on linkedin and connect with them, don’t hard sell 4) in the meantime create content and resources focused on AI enablement and adoption. You’re doing account based marketing to build authority. Interact with their posts and engagement 5) when the time is right - do some light outreach within the first 2 months, introducing who you are, what you do, and how you can help “Hi XYZ, My name is Amir and I wanted to reach out since I noticed you recently took on the AI enablement role. I work with XYZ company like yours focusing on AI enablement where we ran a 15 day campaign on AI governance and cultural transformation. I also provide frameworks and tools for AI adoption and governance which might align with your mandate. Would love to chat next week if this is alogned with what you’re doing and need outside experts to help drive this.”

Sad thing is, he’s clearly talented. Going out of his way to do this, it seems. I’m perplexed.

I get you I got some solid advice from @nocodefounder here stated "scrape creator emails, reach out to 50-100/day, offer yt-p.com to turn their videos into articles/ebooks/notes they can give away. lead with value, not pitch. you’ll get 5–10 yeses in a month

thx Manav, I'll be happy to hear your feedback. but I'll be upfront, SEObot works best for "lazy" founders. I mean it's not a typical SEO tool with lots of buttons and features. it works on autopilot. a true agent.
