1) create a list of 100 companies - scrape their job boards for any roles manager and above hiring for AI enablement
2) keep track of when the role is filled and who takes the position
3) find the person on linkedin and connect with them, don’t hard sell
4) in the meantime create content and resources focused on AI enablement and adoption. You’re doing account based marketing to build authority. Interact with their posts and engagement
5) when the time is right - do some light outreach within the first 2 months, introducing who you are, what you do, and how you can help
