End users are even busier using multiple digital channels to interact and therefore the need for some physical interactions (going to find someone to fix a query) is reduced. #O2FutureOfWork

Transparency & trust! When we have workplace choice social media enables us to share our experience so others can discover what works, and what doesn’t. This also goes for companies who enable choice vs those who don’t. #O2FutureOfWork

From a customer’s standpoint – less consistency scope for experienced judgement. Also less multi-facetted for workers. But a real opportunity for businesses that get the significance culture, content leadership. 1/2 #O2FutureOfWork

Q4/A4 - #GenZ also appears more financially driven, prepared to work hard, with an ambition for high salaries, buying their own home, and starting a family. This means that corporate mindsets must align well to the segment desires and needs. #O2FutureOfWork
