Three speakers who could be invited to address the 2026 Libertarian Party National Convention: Edward B. Foley on self-districting, J D Quidam on enlarging the House of Representatives, and me, D. Frank Robinson, co-founder of the LP, on replacing ballot access laws with the Liberty Ballot. I would be a no fee speaker as a the Chair of the Oklahoma delegation. BTW, The OKLP was one of the first organized state LPs in 1972.

How did the OKLP convention go?

I admit to one regret when attending the OKLP state convention. I didn't ask for volunteers to also file declarations of candidacy while refusing to pay fees or submit petitions. There is still time for anyone to come forward. I would like see a Libertarian submit a candidate declaration for U S Senator. The filing period is April 1 through April 3. There is no fee to receive a rejection latter from the Secretary of the State Election Board. One can also attempt to file for county offices with county election boards sans fee or petition. Such a filing attempt would give you standing to be a plaintiff, if you want, in a future lawsuit. I need to add that one does NOT need to live in a congressional district to file for any of the five Oklahoma congressional districts. oklahoma.gov/content/dam/ok/…

💹 X에서 많이 보였으나 성적이 아쉬운 종목 시리즈 가볍게 적어보는 글. 1. 힘스앤허스헬스 HIMS - 2025년부터 3번의 고점 돌파 시도 모두 실패한 후 하락세.. 주봉상 60일선 아래로 내려가면 쉽지 않을 듯. 트럼프의 약가 인하 정책 때문에 경쟁력과 수익성이 약해지는 듯 보임. 2. 템퍼스AI TEM - "그래서 돈은 어디서 버냐?" 라는 질문에 명확한 답을 찾아가는 기업. 시간이 문제일 뿐 결국 답을 찾을 거라고 본다. 그 시간 동안 투자자가 버틸 수 있느냐 없느냐는 본인 선택. 3. 유나이티드헬스그룹 UNH - 기업 가치와 무관하게 떨어졌으니 산다는 사람이 많았던 기업. 저렴하다고 사는 행위는 옳지 않다는 걸 보여준 가장 대표적인 사례. 저렴한 건 저렴한 이유가 있고 그 이유를 해소할 수 있느냐 없느냐를 판단해야 함. 4. 조비에어에이션 JOBY - UAM이라는 환상을 파는 기업. 언젠가 되겠지만 문제는 돈이 되냐는 것... 5. 듀오링고 DUOL - 내 네프콘 글에도 썼었지만, 아쉽게도 수익화에 대한 명확한 해답을 찾지 못한 거 같은 기업. 시장의 기대를 채우지 못한 죄. 6. 오라클 ORCL - AI버블의 대표라고 보여지는 종목. 버블이 터지기 전 잘 빠진 사람이 승자. 7. 오클로 OKLP - 꿈을 파는 기업. 꿈을 사고 싶었던 투자자들이 몰렸고, 빨리 꿈에서 깬 사람이 승자가 된 종목. 쭉 정리해봤습니다. 오로지 저의 100% 주관적 생각입니다. 제 생각과 다르다면 님이 맞습니다. 다음에는 잘 된 종목도 정리해보겠습니다. 감사합니다.
