This session was an important milestone in reflecting on the progress made since our initial capacity assessment. Together, we reviewed the OCA tool, updated our progress, and revisited our targets and goals to ensure they remain realistic, impactful, and aligned with our growth trajectory. Capacity strengthening is not just about systems and policies; it’s about building resilient institutions that can sustainably advance youth rights and meaningful participation. Es fühlt sich an, als wäre das Versprechen umgedreht: Würde scheint jetzt vor allem für illegale Einreisenden unantastbar, während die Grundrechte der hier Geborenen und Steuerzahlenden (Meinung, Versammlung, körperliche Unversehrtheit) langsam 2020 eingeschränkt wurden. Für uns Migranten, die wir alles gaben, um dazuzugehören, ist noch halbwegs ok, solange man mitspielt, andernfalls auch bei uns Hausdurchsuchungen, aber für Einheimischen, deren Vorfahren das Land aufgebaut haben, plötzlich verhandelbar. Man darf ihre Rechte kürzen, ihre Kritik kriminalisieren, Hauptsache, man ruft „Menschenwürde!“ in die richtige Richtung. Art. 1 als rhetorisches Feigenblatt, während die harten Artikel (2, 3, 5, 8 GG) verbogen werden.
