I usually have 3x30g protein shakes a day.
1 after workout, 1 mid-afternoon, one for my desert at night (3 hours before bed, don't eat too much before bed)
I also supplement in higher protein lunches, snacks, and breakfast.
My meal setup -
Breakfast - 250 Calorie breakfast bake - 26g protein
Gym, post gym i have a 30g shake with a 17g Built puff protein bar.
Lunch - I have some mixed greens, zero Cal dressing, with 250g of shredded baked chicken, with a Onebar Reese's peanut butter cup. (75g 18g)
2-3 hours later, Afternoon Snack - 30g Milk Shake Protein Drink
Dinner - usually with family, aim for ~400 calories and 35-50g protein.
Desert - Drizzilicious Mini Rice Cakes w/ Vanilla Protein Shake. (31g protein, 260 calories)
add in plenty of water, vitamins, and other really low calorie fruits/veggies to help sustain hunger.
Puts me in around 250-275g protein a day, 2150-2300 calories. (I'm 6'3.5", 245lb)
