Ona je i v tom OpenAPC otázka toho, jak přesně to zjišťují a co. My máme imho celkem štěstí, že se to dělá dost organizovaně (na základě požadavků CzechELibu/RVVI; většina institucí ale nedává data i do OpenAPC), ale co vím ze zahraničí tak jinde podobný postup existovat nemusí.
