Et oui, nous filtrons massivement ceux qui n'ouvrent pas nos mails. Nous avons le process le plus strict de l'industrie pour ne garder que les lecteurs les plus engagés et garder un openrate record de 60% depuis Septembre 2025 ! I feel like my GTM workflow is quite agentic now but still, there're a lot of breakpoints. Context: I am using both browser based local MCP and Openclaw (with OAuth) to send cold email outreach. Here're the new glitches I encounter. - Agents can send emails but overall tracking is not built in. I am using a 3rd party tool - for free versions it usualy has a popup to close for every email so making browser control more complexed - an unecessary. - Visual / Style is not so intuitive with chat-base agents. I still need to double check on how my email would look like. And many times, line breaks and hyperlinks need to be double checked. - Name tags and customization. AI make personalized content quite easy to build, but sending requires a CRM connecter (email, business, name etc) to make the workflow faster - and feed back the openrate data. Old tools like mailchimp/hubspot is definitely not fitting into my own workflow. And the thought process is really: if I am burning my tokens anyway, I dont want to pay extra subscription during that process. I am making a more AI native solo email outreach tool on my own now.

Remember that openrate is inflated due to Apple Mail and co. They are automatically loading all tracking pixels when the email is received - not when opened. There's no reliable way to track the open rate anymore :(

Milkneck.co (28days in) - B2B Lead Gen - Running 3 clients (2 agencies 1 Saas) at a blended 6% openrate. - Main Redundant Infrastructure setup -Ringless VM integrated -Blue Message response setup (Fck SMS) - Current pipeline is 175k MRR (if all closes) - Interviewing candidates already Telehealth (2 days in) - URL to be disclosed soon. - Took forever to get SCorp approved from Delaware. Changed Inc names eventually. -EIN Hit a day ago -SaaS / Service Platform contracts underway -Wireframes / UI / UX to be done this weekend. -Initial traffic source(s) locked down I feel super behind on telehealth, but it's not. I also feel really slow building milkneck, but <30 days ago my real MRR was about $0.
