GIGABYTE MZ33-AR1 supports AMD EPYC 9005 / 9004 series processors (up to 192 cores, 500W TDP), offering 24 DDR5 DIMMs, 4× PCIe Gen5 x16, dual 10GbE, and full BMC management, enabling flexible deployment for compute-intensive workloads.
The platform is actively advancing toward open firmware adoption with openSIL Coreboot and future OpenBMC support, making it one of the few retail EPYC 9005 motherboards with open firmware potential.

Very important to note that it ships with #OpenSourceFirmware based on #coreboot. Some cool security features coming for #PCEngines like measured boot and hopefully full SRTM. Does HardenedBSD leverage #TPM? Any firmware features to improve appliance security?
