🧠 More on operant conditioning for behavioral shaping/behavioral modification. This is used with torture methods like directed energy weapons in the targeted individual program. It's used in interrogation programs. And it's been used in MK Ultra too, which methods overlap with the TI program. It's all under the same umbrella, as far as I'm concerned, though I'm aware there was an official MK Ultra program distinct from the targeted individual program.

I said this was inevitable over a decade ago. Why does no one listen? The horrible truth is that social engineering weapons work. Humans are being scheduled for operant conditioning regimes crossloaded into their normal existence through racketeering schemes. That'll block information flow. People just aren't what they used to be, as though a huge number of intelligent people have been coopted one way or another into allegiances that turn them into parts of said social engineering racket. That's "the machine". The reason they don't see it as a machine with an inevitable result designed and built into it, even with their manufactured consent, is astonishing enough besides the fact that its happening. They don't see it because it has been hypernormalized into their social machinery and this is also covertly manipulated and engineered so that the anarcho-technotyranny can continue under covert utility, but soon with new excuses for overt use (fighting antisemitism, etc).
