I had the honour of speaking at the graduation ceremony of the Executive Leadership Masterclass Program organised by OrgLearning Group in collaboration with the Enugu State Government. Standing before an audience that included His Excellency the Governor, the Deputy Governor, the Honourable Speaker of the House of Assembly, the Secretary to the State Government, senior government officials, captains of industry, and respected academics was both humbling and inspiring. I truly enjoyed our leadership class and strategy session. We had honest conversations about what it really means to lead from within, from personal values and character to the impact we have on others. To wrap up the module, everyone shared personal reflections, paired up for discussions, and worked together in groups. The insights and openness made it such a meaningful session.
