ok apparently some of my web3 frens still don't know what
@campnetworkxyz $CAMP
we'll dissect one of their core piece foundation: origin framework
this turns IP into programmable stuff from day one
ok, but what exactly it means for you.
i'll explain:
→ what is the origin framework
→ what makes it different
→ how it works
→ why it matters for creators
⚠️ if this is your first time reading about camp, i made a more general thread here:

▫️what is the origin framework
origin framework is camp's core IP layer.
not just registering content onchain - but turning it into programmable IP from the start.
every file, track, clip or dataset comes w/ built-in logic:
how it can be used, shared, or remixed
you set the rules once & every interaction after that follows them.
▫️what makes it different
most chains stop at tokenizing stuff.
camp goes further - adds utility, logic & enforcement to IP by default.
you don't need to know how smart contracts work.
the framework makes registration easy, licensing seamless, and revenue splits automatic.
ownership, attribution and monetization all run in the background.
▫️how it works
• creators register content through an onchain flow
• they set the rules: who can use it, how, under what terms
• remixing or reusing follows those conditions - or doesn't happen
• royalties flow back automatically
• all usage gets tracked, provenance is always clear
• others can remix it too, but only if the original terms allow it
▫️why it matters for creators
today, most creators upload.
camp lets them deploy.
instead of posting on platforms they don't control, they anchor content to a system where:
• AI can't just scrape it
• others can use it, but only by paying or crediting
• their work earns value every time it gets touched
this is IP that works for the creator - not the other way around.
pretty dope, and as a creator myself, i see myself very much using it.
what are your thoughts, do you think we need this?
