I quite like what #CoNEXT is doing from this year onwards. All accepted papers are published automatically in #PACMNET (dl.acm.org/journal/pacmnet) which solves this requirement.
More conferences should follow CoNEXTs footsteps (incl. multiple submission DLs btw)

PACMNET is genius. Publish at CoNEXT, but get the CV checkmark of a journal pubs to appease the old fogies who don't value conferences. This will make publishing at CoNEXT much more accessible to non-US scholars!!

No, paper publication is now decoupled from presentation at the conference. Accepted papers from the November deadline will be published in the first issue of PACMNET in May/June 2023.
